Day 2 June 24th , 2012:
Good morning from Worlds of Fun, Kansas City Missouri! We were not supposed to be here until later tomorrow afternoon, but the day was beautiful, and we were making great time across the good USA, so we decided to push a little…ok a lot and get here a day early, so we can actually have 3 nights in one spot, which is a VERY rare occasion when we travel. So 740 miles later, we are now half way across the country and grounded until Tuesday night maybe Wednesday morning when we head through Kansas.
As mentioned, the drive was very un-eventful and was a very relaxing day. A few nuts on the road, and only one road rage moment, when I wanted to wipe out 50 motorcycles, so two days into the trip, and it seems nuts are the normal already!
Unfortunately, not a lot of scenery since Ohio, Indiana, and Illinois, Missouri are not the WOW states…that happens mid way through Kansas…so until then photos will be limited. Sorry!
It is now late, and I am a tad tired and ready for some sleep…so until the next blog, have a Blessed Day!
