Day 3 June 25th , 2012:
Good morning again from Worlds of Fun, Kansas City Missouri!
Today was a day of rest, fun, & some work.
After a morning of “putzing” we strolled over to the park, which was extremely quiet, clean and a very nice crowd. The temperature was a cool 100 Deg and humid! OMG, was it HOT! After a few hours of dying in the heat, we went back to the campground pool to cool off. Where I proceeded to embarrass the boys especially Michael beyond words!
As we entered the pool area, there were 2 girls and a boy playing ball in the pool. One of the girls looked like Michael's age, and according to him the “Hottest” girl in the pool. After me opening the gate to the pool area the boy over-threw the ball and it rolled right in front of me. So being the nice guy I am, I simply picked up the ball and threw it back. However, as I threw it the wind picked up severely changing the course of the ball straight into one of the girls faces, and yes it was the “Hot One”. Now for those familiar with the Brady Bunch, either the show or the spoof movie, it was EXACTLY like when Marsha got hit with the football and broke her nose, (thank God nothing happened to the girl in the pool except being embarrassed) Needless to say, I embarrassed her, Michael, and according to him blew all his chances! Nicholas and Patty I think are still laughing, so is Michael actually so much he Tweeted it right away. Oh well, I am sure I broke a Bro Code somewhere!
Tomorrow will be a similar LAZY day…we may start heading to Colorado later in the day, or stay here the night and do a short 550 mile run through Kansas and into Colorado tomorrow…or some combination of Kansas and Colorado…we’ll see!
Here we go again...Go Karting across America! And of course Nicholas had a DOG slow machine...we are convinced Michael Sabotages them!

I aboutely love the story about you hitting the "hottest girl" in the face. When I read it I laughed so hard. It sounds like such a typical parent thing to do.
