DAY 18 BLOG
Good afternoon from San Francisco! We arrived LATE last night after a slight mechanical issue. I guess our baby is no different than all of us, she gets sick too. The 5 hours at the CAT dealer was so BOARING for the kids, but both of them, and Patty didn’t complain one bit, thank God.
What should have been a 45 minute drive up to San Fran and a day of site seeing turned out to be a marathon day of doing nothing. It all worked out well though because we were able to see the city at night from several different angles.
Prior to the issue with the engine, the Rt. 1 Pacific coast is simply AMAZING to see. Very different than any East coast shoreline drives. Mountainous and Green, opposed to sand and flat on the East. A must see for anyone who has not seen it.
Today is a day of sight seeing in San Francisco (not too much though).

ReplyDeleteFive hours at the Cat dealer would be a piece of cake campared to my day at work today. I am glad you are back on the road and running again. Slight delays can be expected.
Scenery is great from the pictures. Glad to hear you are still having fun after all the days on the road.
I need to leave work right NOW. I hear beer calling from the golf course.
